How do I allow for 'common search terms' to be found?

I did a search on my board for the word "name" and I received:

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search

I have my minimum search term length set at 3. How do I allow words that are "common" to be found?

The word 'name' is a common word that is not indexed. Changing this requires editing the includes/searchwords.php file.

Be aware that if you allow common words to be indexed, this could substantially increase the size of your database.
