    Quick Edit and "Edited by:"

    Apologies if this is a dupe question, but a search didn't pull anything.

    I quick-edited a post here to add a comment about 7 minutes after adding it and the 'edited by:' message didn't appear on the post.

    Is this due to the timing of how this board is set for its 'how long to allow edits without reporting the edited by' or my usergroup not being set to see edits?

      This forum is set to 5 minutes.. If you can duplicate this problem, then please report it in the Bug Tracker.

          Actually, refreshing the page will show the message. It's just not shown via AJAX editing.
