    Problem after trying to make copy of data base

    I try to make a copy of the data base from vbulletin and now I have this problem:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/sessions.php on line 271

    There seems to have been a slight problem with the Foros En Internet database.
    Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
    An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.

    This was what I did from the Control Panel of vBulletin
    /home/httpd/vhosts/foroseninternet.com/httpdocs/bdcopias

    help please

    What do you meann 'copy of the database'? What did you do exactly?

    Also we need to see the real error message. Right-click on the error page and go to View/Source. Then copy-n-paste the error message here.

        The true error can be discovered by right-clicking on the page:

        mysql error: Can't open file: 'phrase.MYD'. (errno: 144)

        This error means:

        MySQL error: 144 = Table is crashed and last repair failed

        Run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP. You may need to run it more than once to fix all errors:

        Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue
