Can you please give me an example as to where to insert this?

I am asuming in the Header template, but I am not exactly sure where to insert it. I have tried many areas in the header template but it does not seem to make any difference.

    Thanks.

      1. Did you put the lines in step1 and replaced/your/path/to/phpAdsNew/phpadsnew.inc.php to be like yours?
      2. You can put
      Code:
       $phpAds_raw[html]
in FORUMHOME to be displayed in the front page of the forum. Or in the header to get it displayed in all pages.

I got it working now thanks.

        I left the
        Code:
        <?php
                 ?>
in the banner code that Phpadsnew generated. I looked at your code again and noticed it was not there and once I removed those two lines it worked fine.

Thanks again for your help and great product!

About a year and a half ago I had a custom hack made to integrate PhpAdsNew with vBulletin so you could target every single forum that is created and completely target any area you want. Wasn't cheap!

I'm going to have the coder upgrade it for vb3.5 and I may give him the ok to make it public..

Wow, that would be nice to have. Maybe you could have a paypal donate button, to help recoup some of the original cost. If I found the code very usefull as I am sure you do I would definitely donate.

That's funny! I got to work this morning and read a bunch of complaints about not being able to log out and cookie issues.

First thing I did was check on this thread, then I was going to search but you were nice enough to give me the heads up.

                Much appreciated!

It's easy to fix things when you have the solutions right in front of you.

                Thanks again.

so does this work with vb 3.5.0?

Whenever I try I get the error:

                  "Table 'florida_phpads.session' doesn't exist"

phpadsnew works fine on my 3.5.2 but I don't use local invocation. Are your pathways set correctly in your phpadsnew settings?

For 3.5 you would use the global_start hook location under the plugin tab.
