How do I add new cities to time zones?

Hello,
Say I'd like to add Milan as a city to GMT +1. How do I do that?

ACP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases
Search for text: timezone_gmt_plus_0100
Search in...: Phrase variable only
click on Find
click on Edit against the standard phrase
click on Copy Default Text
enter Milan somewhere in the list
click on Save
