I would like to know if is it possible to disable/enable the [img] tag for signatures and allow only certain image on them....

You can control the signature options through the admin control panel

Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Profile Options > Allow [IMG] Code in Signatures > Allow users to include [IMG] codes in their signatures? [ yes / no ]


If you enable this, users will be able to use the [IMG] tag in their signatures to show images.
