Everything is in reverse and Admin cannot access CP

Hi, I just upgraded a board from vB 2.2.9 to vB 3.0.1 and now everything is in reverse. I deleted install.php and I even ran tools.php, then reuploaded everything and ran tools.php again. I reimported everything with tools.php. I cannot figure out what's going on. I also cannot access my admin cp. Help!

Can you upload this file and tell me where you uploaded it to?

If you have tried to reimport language file im guessing you dont have xml support but once you upload this file i can check and make sure.

Does this only happen after you login? or you fixed the problem?

Reupload your language.xml files in ASCII mode and then try reimporting.

ok I did that, then I tried to log in thourhg the admin CP and it was all normal looking, then it took me to this screen:

Did you edit the config.php file to point to a differnt directory?

Yea its all there and correct. Is there anyway to register a new account without getting int othe admin CP? I have a feeling this could be caused by my username. Our forum was hacked today and my account was deleted. I think something my be faulty about my new username

You could just register an account with the register link, then use tools.php to make it an admin, if your site was hacked today i suggest restoring a backup to before if its at all possible,
