Replace Category bar with an image?

Hi, is there anyway I can change the Forum Category header? Instead of the text and beckgroud it has, I want to simply put an image in there.

Maybe a table with two cells, where the left cell has the Image and the right cell has a plain color so it fills up the screen?

In the color field, add this

#ffffff" background="{imagesfolder}/image.gif 

where #ffffff is your chosen color, and image.gif is your image.

Not sure how to add a little icon though next to the Catagory tex if thats what your asking.

Or you can edit the forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template and add the atribute background="path/to/image" in the <td> tags.

Is it possible to wipe the text altogether and just have an image showing? I mean, the graphic that I'll make will have the text on it so...

Hmmm... Yeah, but you'd have to come up with some way to have an image for every catagory your forum has.

I don't know of any way to do it. Unless you only had 1 catagory, then it wouldn't be a problem.

Different image for each catagory

Hi Friends,

Please explain me how to have different bg image for each category heading.
I am able to change the bg image but its doing for all the categories.
For example, Category Title one should have red image and Category Title Two should have green image..

Hope I am clear in explaining the problem.Please help me out.

I would like to know how to do this too.

I would also like to know how to put a differant image above each catagory.

I know the first one needs something like this to work...

but i'm not sure how to set it all up so each forum id has it's own image.
