I'm with Matt at FanHome.com and we've got a dual processor Intel license for the Zend cache available to lease.
It's about $2500 to buy but we can offer a lease on it for $150/mo. The only terms on the lease are that if we need the license back, we can buy you out of any future months that you've committed to but at this point we don't anticipate using our second license in the immediate future.
