removing all db changes from hacks

ok well over the past months I have heavily hacked my board, now I have come to the point where I would like to remove all hacks, and start fresh saving just what is needed off my database. what I would like to do is take out of my backup .sql file my users/user infomation/posts/threads/forums/private messages.. and whatever else is basic vbulletin. so I may clean install, put back what is needed, and restart from there. now im looking for ideas on the best way to do this? should I remove all important tables, then dump them back into a fresh install. could this cause problems? should I just use the current db (which I think to have errors driven by over hacking) these are my own current ideas, I need to get my website up asap, and this unexpected downtime will hurt my advertising. if anyone can help me out with what would be the best route to this, it would be much appreciated.

Install another instance of vB, compare the database tables and remove the changes. But, do yourself a favour and do a backup.

There will be a script to handle this when vB3 is released.

Sorry, but what did you expect? One command which handles everything?
