Login member entry is an another User name

Hello
The question as follows :
In some countries into parts hundreds of user internet , have The same IP number , and many time when member login to forum he suffers mature the welcome by him came to an another User name.
Then he can writing by his name and use other control panel and read his PM .
So how is the way for dissolution this Problem ??

You can have them try changing these user settings to 'Yes':

- Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)
- Browse the board with cookies

Sorry Steve Machol I like to inform you that problem in all gulf countries and no way yet for fix it.
I Thing the problem beginning from the proxy and number IP
For example: all members in Kuwait city used one IP number and that is the problem.
When any member go to other site and at this moment coming other member from Kuwait..
Then vBulletin think that is the same member and show him first user name and accesses..

Did you verify that these members have the settings I posted set to 'Yes'? Honestly this is the only way I know to overcome this IP problem.

Note that we have dozens, if not hundreds, of customers in the Gulf region and to my knowledge no one else has reported this problem to us. I'll check the support system just to make sure.

Two of my clients this morning experienced the same problem but strangly enough when i restarted mysql db it went away....... any ideas what is going on!!!

Have the user's clear their cookies, then see if the problem still exists. Make sure the options are set as Steve mentioned earlier.

الحل للي تصادفه نفس المشكلة
اول شي لابد من تعديل الخيارات من خلال المكتب يدخل على تحرير الخيارات ثم يضع التالي نعم

يعتمد التعديل
1- يسجل خروج من المنتدى
2- يدخل على الجهاز ويمسح الكوكيز
واللي مايعرف كيف هذا شرح توضيحي
- ادخل على ماي كمبيوتر

- وبعدها على الــ :c

- وبعد ذلك الدخول على ملف WINDOWS

- راح نحصل هالملفات وفي ملفين راح نحذف محتوايتهم
الاول // ملف Cookies وهالملف تحذف كل محتوياته
من غير ملف واحد اسمه index

- الثاني // ملف Temporary Internet Files
نحذف كل اللي فيه كاااااامل
صوره للملفات

بعد هذا تفريغ المحذوفات رستارت للجهاز
وان شاء الله بتنحل المشكلة

Yes but not everybody wants to do that...and also they might browse from a browsing center??? Can we have another solution please!
