Try reuploading the original vBulletin files in ASCII mode, overwriting your current files.Best Regards

Sorry, I don't understand. This problem occurs when hacks are installed or in some cases from bad BB imports. I do not know of any way for this problem to occur with the default vB files. Something had to have changed the database for this to happen.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

i just want to add, that the problem only appeared afetr the upgrade, i didnot add any hacks apart from those normal/usual hacksComment
