Make sure they are named correctly (thread.gif, thread_new.gif), which they probably already are and upload them into

forum/images/statusicon

very nice, but they are only for white backgrounds, I see little white dots on the outside. Any chance for a dark bckg. set? and maybe a bit smaller too?
