Can you block/stop a user from sending you a PM?

My users were wondering if you can stop or block any user from sending you a PM? my users tested the ignore user feature, they tried putting user X on their ignore list, but that didn't work, user X was still able to send PMs to the user who put user X on her ignore list. Any ideas?

With the ignore feature, they can send you a PM but you'll never see it. If you want something different to occur then this would require hacking. You can ask over at vbulletin.org.
