    How the hell do i get a vbulletin whats php how do i get it this is all very hard for me i am only 13 and i kneed it for my clan do how the hell do i get one

    You can purchase vBulletin through the link in my signature,
    you can rent or buy a web server anywhere from a hosting provider that supports PHP/MySQL. 13? .. I hope you find someone with a creditcard !
