yes www.rackshack.net is fine, although i suggest you to wait until March 13th, that is if you want to go with them.
You can also try www.venturesonline.com and www.verio.com, both excellent hosts.

I personally recommend http://www.alivewww.com and I havnt had any problems with them, and it is going great now they are on new servers and a new data center!
