Need help finding a host!

Ok, about ready to choose a host...but before i do would like to get some opinions on these hosts, and maybe if someone can reccomend something better?

so far these are the 2 im looking at...only problem i can see with them is it looks "too good to be true"!!?

1. http://www.ipowerweb.com

2. http://www.hostonce.com/

They seem cool, except the price is so low i was thinking theres got to be some kind of "catch"? Anyone know anything about these hosts, or can give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. if youre a reseller plz dont post your stuff, just looking for honest advice on a good/inexpensive host thanks.

Personally, I would stay away from any host offering Unlimited Diskspace and/or bandwidth.
