    If you're a current customer, just use the helpdesk... if not sales@venturesonline.com

    My guess is most (if not all) of the virtual servers don't have mod_gzip installed, as it was causing problems. However, I believe all PHP installs are compiled with zlib, so you can use compression with vBulletin.
