      Yes I know that.

The problem is the vb3 templates have been merged into the vb4 templates, how can I get back to the default vb 4 templates?

Reupload the original VB4 style xml which can be found in the download package in the install dir or installs dir then upload tools.php, log into tools and restore the original style. That should sort you.

I tried both of those, its still the same. The templates themselves have been edited, I need the original templates, not styles.

I really don't know then, I'm sorry I can't help further. Make sure you report back if you get this sorted.

Have you deleted the incompatible styles from AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager?

Once done, ensure that AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings is set to use the default style.

Then go to AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Download/Upload Styles, leave everything as default except 'Title for Uploaded Style' (set this as 'default') and hit Import. This will re-import the Master Style.

I've done all the suggestions and am at a loss on this one. (see attachments)

I've even tried different machines/browsers etc.

on the first screenshot click on the "add new style" and add a default style & use it..
you should be fine after that
maybe sure all your image files have been uploaded

if that still doesn't work it might be best to open a support ticket so the staff can take a look..

If anyone else comes across this problem, you need to go into templats -> and save the header include template for some reason
