    [Forum] Ad Manager issues

I have the latest updates(4.0.5) but can not seem to get my ads to show anymore. I've tried the edit Tempate way and the ad manager way. Any suggestions?

I have this problem when I upgrade. The google ads go away. I have to go into edit the templates, not change anything, and just hit save. They all come back but I dont understand why they disapear.

I love how they completely egnore half of the issues post here and everytime I put a ticket in you end up waiting two days and then have them tell you its not their fault it a plugin or something... I put a ticket in last week because the standard PHP forum block would not execute standard PHP, in a PHP block. Basic out of the box functionality.... after 3 days worth of waiting I was told to go to vb.org to figure out my issue... seriously?

I added on a 3 month trial to my ownership to see if anything has changed around here... as of now it went from bad to worse.

                  Just my two cents.

Same issue here to, one minute they worked then they went away. You can add them it you manually edit the global_ad template and throw your flash banner in there but you loose all the functionality of having it show for certain groups and criteria.

This is a bit of a big deal if you ask me, and it blows we seem to be getting no help with it. We paid for the software, it should work!

I am getting similar issues of "support" over at VBSEO.

We continue to be ignored, tickets go un fixed and we have paid for a product who's revenue generating functions cannot be used.

How are we expected to make money if we cannot advertise? Awww that's ok, vBulletin have got their money so they are ok.

Ever bought something and wished you'd bought something else?

                          You have now!

My ticket was answered and they were very short with me. They asked for my admin login so I gave it. They put in plain text in the ad manager and it displayed fine. My code was javascript called from OpenX before. It worked fine until the update. What gives?!

UPDATE: There seems to be a javascript problem for me. I changed the output with OpenX to an iframe and it worked fine.
