[Forum] Editor is abnormal after add a new language

Hi,

After adding a new language, the layout of vb seems changed, especially in the editor when I re-editing a thread.

For example, the distant between "Reason for Editing:" and the input field. They should be in different line.

How to make the style in the right layout.
