PHPBB3 to VB 7.3.1-P1 No Matter How Many Try's

Just wondering why after the import the board cannot be used right away, it seems to import the forums but the threads, posts and users are not showing like they should.

We have done at least 75 redo's and 35 start completely over imports and always the same, setting after setting after setting.

We bought this about 3 months ago under the impression this was going to be easy to import after we called VB themselves over this and so far we had nothing but issues getting this to work and the aggravation is starting to set in like gangrene and spreading very quickly.

Almost about to say be done with it and do what we have to get this refunded due to lack of patience as run out, a lot of donations from several people went into this and we are starting to think phpbb3 is much easier and this is not worth the hassle.

Any suggestions to make this work easily and not another 3 months?

4.0 is not even an option if we cannot get this version to work first, so please do not say upgrade as it will not help us only make it worse

Enough flapping and hoping someone can shine some light

See the most recent import here http://www.nastyneons.com/vbulletin/index.php

    Thanks in advance.

Have you tried going to vB 3.8.4 and seeing if it works then?

As it stands, there's nothing at all on your forums...

Guess we can see due to administrator rights, we cannot upgrade to any thing later then what we have I guess due to licenses reasons? We bought this long time ago and didnt start working with it untill 3 months ago strapped for time then and worse now

Is there some permissions or something we have to set after the migration? Screenshot of what we see is attached

have you gone to maintenence and updated everything in there? rebuild forum info, update states, username, post counts, etc etc ? As this needs to be done at the end of an impex.

Okay finally got it I think, so until this is completed we can redo a import from the current website and be all well right?

That can happen unfortunately due to differing encryption methods:

                  - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)

Raise a support ticket as you're trying to import into a supported version. One of the tech guys will ahve a look and see what's up.
