Thread Prefix - New Sets & Prefix names not displayed

When trying to create another set of prefixes I across the problem where the name/title is not displayed. This is both in the admin area and in the main forum when you try to select any of the new prefixes from the dropdown.

Has anyone ever heard of a problem like this or have any solution to it?

    Thanks in advance.

Try deleting them then re-adding them.

Depending on how you are with using phpMyAdmin (or similar), you could edit the database record to add the name in there

Thanks for the suggestion but deleting and recreating results in the same problem. I'm resisting manually applying the names in phpMyAdmin as it's only papering over the problem which does need to be fixed.

      Thanks though

Just in case anyone runs into this issue and isn't sure what the solution is by that thread, check if you have vB Optimise installed on your forum.

If so, just go to "Flush Cache" and do so on the page it brings up. After the cache is flushed, you'll see the names appear and thus the problem will be fixed. Do this each time you fiddle with anything that doesn't update.
