Impex complete but having issues with result.

Today i merged two forums.

No real issues other than small minor things.

However on the imported forums when posting a new thread they are not showing up as the latest post within the forum but are showing as the latest via the home page.

By default, forums are displaying topics arranged alphabetically rather than by date. Again only on a forum thats been imported..not the forums that where existing.

Any help will be gratefully received.

have you gone into forum manager and checked the sort field and sort order ?

yes in the end thats what had to be done. However it is odd that anything pre merge is unaffected and in regards to the merged forums only about 3 of the 10 or so forums had the issue.

i had similar issues, then again i was using a modified version of phpbb2, i was happy it worked as well as it did
