Error Message: Access Denied, you have been logged

I am a new vB owner. When I click on Submit in ACP->Maintenance->Diagnostics->Problematic Webserver Modules, I get the following error:

1||1237473900||||||||Access Denied, you have been logged.

I have seen this error popup in other places too, but was too busy to figure it out at the time. Now that the site is ready for production, I am concerned about what this may represent to my Admins, Moderators and Users.

Has anyone ever seen this error before and if so, how was it solved.

Its a webhost issue, sounds like mod_security or something else slimiar. Contact your webhost and ask them.
