Hi all,
Iam new to VB.
I installed it fine.
What a wonderful program!
This is the best script I have ever installed.
I tried to upgrade to the latest 1.13 version.
I replaced all my files like the instruction say to do and went to run the upgrade.php but it was not there.
I checked to be sure that I did not just miss it but it is just not in the download.
What happened?
Where can I get it?
Please help?

you're sure you downloaded the upgrade zip file and not the full version zip file ? i did that mistake when i upgraded..
