Thread: cannot approve new members

    cannot approve new members

    every time I try to it shows this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_unalterable_user() in /home/content/n/n/s/nnsutton1608/html/admincp/user.php on line 909

    I'm a beginner please explain at a beginner level....thank you for your time

    You are missing one or more vB files. Reupload the original files, except for the 'images' directory and install.php.

    so delete the images and install directories before uploading the file?

    if that is what you mean I delete those and still getting same error....maybe I missed a step
