    Problem with charset after upgrade

    Hi

    My forum use French language with utf8 charest

    after upgrading from vB 3.6.8 to vB 3.7.0 I have a problem with Join Date shown on Postbit.

    I see Join Date : D?cembre instead of Join Date : Décembre

    I did a search on Phrase Manager but didn't found any thing related to D?cembre

    how can I fix this?
