Question 200 OK - This document has moved - problem

I am in the process of setting up a forum and while testing it I keep getting a page titled 200 OK and the message OK - This document has moved here

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <HTML><HEAD>
    <TITLE>200 OK</TITLE>
    </HEAD><BODY>
    <H1>OK</H1>
The document has moved <A HREF="http://www.totalopel.com/forum/index.php">here</A>.<P>
    </BODY></HTML>
When I click on Here I am brought to the intended page.

Why am I getting this error and what action do I need to take to fix it?

Try change this setting from whatever it is now:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Add No-Cache HTTP Headers
