    problem with imageinfo

    hi,

i upgraded my forum yesterday to 3.7.0 beta 3.
and everything was ok,and uploading pictures was fine

and some of us made some albums ,

but today me and my members started facing a problem when trying
to upload a picture , it says:

Imageinfo Failed: PHP ERROR exec() has been disabled. what can i do to fix this problem?

You have set vB to use ImageMagick and either it's not installed correctly on this server or you have the wrong path. You need to either ask your host for the correct IM info and if it's installed, or switch to GD. You can change this here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Image Settings

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Make sure the *.TTF files are uploaded to your images/regimage/fonts directory.

Then GD and/or Freetype2 is not installed correctly on this server. You need to contact your host about this.
