How do I find top rated threads?

I've been searching through here and vB.org, and I can't seem to find a way to pull up top rated threads (preferably by time period). My users have gotten much better at tagging valuable threads and I'd like to feature the best in a newsletter. If only I could locate them...!

There is no function to do this. This will require modification to your site.
