    question

Hi Im in the process of making my vbulletin and I started all that last night well I am on the part that says

Once all the vBulletin files have been successfully uploaded to your web server, you will need to run the vBulletin Installation Script in order to prepare your database.

The Installer runs as a PHP script using your web browser. To start the installation process, open your browser and type the HTTP address of your forums directory, followed by /install/install.php, then hit the <Enter> key or press the [Go] button to open the script.

The first thing you will see from the install script is a log in prompt, asking you to enter your customer number. This is done to prevent other users from accidentally stumbling across your install script and running it. Only you should know your customer number.

Well lol I tried and tried to do that part but I keep getting "This page cannot be displayed" does anyone know what is wrong?

Hmmm is the http adress of my forums directory supposed to be the domain of my site? Im confused someone please help me

    Thanks

You need to use your real domain and the location where you uploaded the vB files.

    If this is your domain:

    http://cdrama-boards.com/

Then it does not look liike you have uploaded the vB files. The closest I could find is this:

    http://cdrama-boards.com/CD/

If that is where you are installing vB then you have not uploaded all the files yet.

Upload them to your main directory instead of the CD directory.

If I just kept it at the CD directory would anything go wrong?
