Importing 3.5.4 threads/members/etc to 3.6.7

I have had to do a fresh install of 3.6.7 becuase the upgrade went badly wrong and i couldn't restore the original backup for some reason.

I need to get all the info from my old 3.5.4 database, like threads, posts, PMs, members, roles, etc.. and have them inside my 3.6.7 database.

Firstly, how can i do this? Also, i was using vbseo, so will i be able to keep the same urls as before?

Our impex system imports the threads to your new forum.
Most likely the thread and post id's will change.
