    Latest Version

    Sorry if this has already been covered, I've just upgraded from 3.6.4 to 3.6.7 PL1. But in the adminCP still says I'm only running 3.6.7 and need to upgrade.

    I've done the upgrade twice now and still get the same message, what am I doing wrong?

    Did you apply the patch? Double check by downloading just the patch and uploading it.

    Yes, Make sure in the includes file that "version_vbulletin.php" has got this contents:

    Code:
    <?php

    define('FILE_VERSION_VBULLETIN', '3.6.7 PL1');

    ?>

    Yes it does, and I've just uploaded the patch too.

    Very strange.

    This is strange.. very strange indeed. :?

    Try this:
    Add: $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;

    To the bottom of your includes/config.php file.
    Then
    In ACP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Version Number & Other Untouchables > Then trying changing it to 3.6.7 PL1.

    If it works be sure to remove the debug mode, the version number will stay intact .

    That's done the trick, cheers Jake. Any idea what could've been causing the problem then?

    Your database version number wasn't being upgraded.

    I'm glad you got it working now.

    Theres a reason that is called untouchables, Mr Morning start PLEASE revert that setting to what it was.

    After that re-upload the 3.6.7 PL1 files and re-run upgrade.php

    I'm sorry, was just trying to help.

    Also if he was already set as 3.6.7, then uploaded:

    includes/functions_online.php
    includes/version_vbulletin.php

    Which is all the patch fixes (I used this on my forum) then by all rights he should be fine doing it.

    No, he shouldn't. In vBulletin the version number _never_ changes unless you run the upgrade script.
