    Upgrade problems

I just uploaded 3.6.7 PL1. Whenever I try to upgrade, the URL changes to upgrade_365 and the page is blank. If I go to the site I get:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/dvscore/public_html/scb/index.php on line 387
    any ideas?

The files were not uploaded completely or during the upload something happened which are cuasing file errors. Re-upload the files again and make sure to overwrite the old ones.

It seems that helped a bit. I went ahead and upgraded the forum but I'm still getting:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/dvscore/public_html/scb/index.php on line 387
whenever I go to www.skunkcanyon.com - I also replaced the index.php with the one in the .zip but no go.

    any ideas?

Parse errors are almost always related to modified code. To troubleshoot this, the first thing you need to do is remove any hacks or plugins, then see if you still have this problem.

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

Please do not email or PM me for vBulletin support. I will be more than glad to answer your questions on the vB Forums and in the support system.

Just remember that what happens in localhost, stays in localhost.

    Thanks!

I went ahead and deleted all hacks/plugins and everything works properly.
