Translation of smilies ?

I'd really like to give my smilies Dutch names, in the tooltip as well as in the list of 'Generic smilies', but I cannot find them in the phrases, in none of the languages.

Neither can I find the 'Generic smilies' or 'Standard smilies' in the phrases.

Is this a bug or am I just looking over it?

I don't think they are Phrased. You can change the title and displayed tooltip in the Smilie Manager:

AdminCP -> Smilie Manager -> Generic Smilies -> View -> Edit
