What did you install to increase traffic? Any Tips?

Hello Guys,

I think my board (www.globalgoldtalk.com) is an average size and was wondering for any advises or tips how to increase traffic.
What hacks did you install to help you with the traffic building?

Traffic increase isn't a mere techniqal issue, especially when the site is a forum. I would suggest that you visit The Admin Zone for a huge amount of literature on every forum aspect, including traffic increase.

I think sigs are disabled. I do have VBSEO installed

I put downloads on my server, people downloaded them and joined the forum. Also advertised in my signature area / avatar and what not.

Not really an installation but articles are great, vBPortal or something perhaps?

Thanks for the suggestion but my forum is business related and I don't think downloads will atract more users
