    Flash Banner?

    I have see it here for example. www.musicbanter.com

    How does one add a flash banner and is there a place that will make them for you?

    I havent the foggiest idea about Flash and how to use it, but I know it looks a lot better than what I currently have.

    They probally had someone make them a flash banner.

    You'd have to either make one, or pay someone to make one.

    The banner shown there, if you were willing to live without the white bars moving around, could actually be done with an animated GIF or simple javascript.

    The most dramatic thing about that banner is not that it was done in Flash or even that it is animated, but that the graphics look good and the colors have a nice contrast.
