How do I reduce the size of the "Windows" to prevent the template to sacle outside the the width of the template?

Example

User Name "Webgirl"

PW "Temp"

WebGirl is the User name

And the same as the PW WebGirl.

The scaling seems to scale outwards as well when even in view of any categories. This must be a VB default situation? The only added script is a Right Menu bar.

Is there a way to have a DHTML drop down menu by choice in the USer CP? Rather then have a right and left menu?
