reply_small.gif Missing from GDK?

Is there a reply_small.gif button in the Large-Layered GDK?

In the Small Text Buttons.psd there's a layer-folder labeled reply_small.gif but it is actually the quote.gif.

I looked in all the other files and can't find to find one either.

Confirming this in the second version (unlayered) of the GDK...

• buttons folder
  
  - reply_small.psd says quote
  - there is no quote.psd image
  
  Copy reply_small.psd to quote.psd but someone still needs to create reply_small.psd image.
  
  - collapse_alt.psd is not transparent on corners
  - there is no collapse_alt_collapsed.psd image
  
  Use graphic tool on corners and make collapse_alt_collapsed.psd from collapse_alt.psd image.

  - there is no pm_old.psd image
  - there is no wol_error.psd image
  
  Copy pm.psd to pm_old.psd but someone still needs to create wol_error.psd image.
