RO - Romanian Language Pack for 3.0.x [vBulletin-Language.com]

This is version 1.0, the first build 001 of the Romanian language pack for vBulletin version 3.0.7 (it works on all the 3.0.x releases!)

This is the initial release, far from being complete, but it is a start with over 650 phrases being translated.
