PHP/XML Install Problem

I keep getting this when I go to install. Yet in the phpinfo it has --enable-xml=shared' so it is enabled. Using vb3.0 rc4 any suggestions?

vBulletin 3.0 requires that the XML functions in PHP be available. Please ask your host to enable this.

It should be compiled with:

'--with-xml'
