Is there a way to increase a PM count for one user only. I don't want to set this groupwide or have to create another group and have to move people around?
you need to create a group. base it off the one he's already in making everything exactly the same except for the pm allowance. Then go to his profile and under additional groups click the tickbox beside the group you just created.
