after upgarding to php 5.2.14 when i try to click on some of my forums it become downloadable as as in the attached imge. please advice

i disabled plugins by adding define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to the config.php file and plugins still working! i even disabled them from product manager and they still working!!! ...
i dont know if this problem related to the php upgrade from 5.2.10 to 5.2.14 i did to my server. but i really nead help here. some forums of my board browsed properly and some act like downloadable files, when i clear my IE and firefox cookies every thing become normal but after few minutes the problem just keep coming back.

That's a hosting problem - you need to speak to your host regarding the way PHP was installed/compiled on the server.Comment

just for the records in case some one face the same issue.
after lot of working hours and google search to find a logical diagnose and solution for that issue with no luck, the solution was changing forum folder name from vb to another name and it was pure luck after lot of trials and errors that solve my problem. I just wonder what made my server hate so much those two letters v and b and made my past 48 hours like hell. any info about this would be appreciatedComment
