[Forum] Member groups messages being moderated

One of our members has a group where all messages are being moderated and I have been unable to turn it off. Can I get a list of the steps involved with troubleshooting this.

1. What do I need to do as admin to remove moderation in member groups?
2. What does the group creator need to do?

Hi,

Go to:

admincp > usergroups > usergroup manager > registered users

scroll to the bottom of the permissions page and you'll see "Groups Permissions"

Select "Yes" where it reads:

Follow Group Message Moderation Rules
If no, messages are always placed into moderation queue

still old members are getting: Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting

is this for any antispam plugin?

Any secondary usergroups you're using which still have the setting "Follow Group Message Moderation Rules" set to no?
