link tag for "floating" a window

what link tag do i use to open a link in it's own "lite" window? you know those windows without menu bars, just the title bar and a close box? i want on of those.

looks like it's a java script thing. i ripped the code from another site. i don't think i'll have problems getting it working now.

There is an annotate tag that goes in the a tag, but i have to look for it..it won't give you the floating window, but something like the comment you get over a picture.
