Enable Social bookmarks?

I dont see any of the links for digg or google or what not for social bookmarkings on the pages

how do i enable

in the AdminCP, it shows active for all 4 of the default's

vBulletin Options -> Thread Display Options (showthread) -> Enable Social Bookmarking.
