Hover / drop down boxes not working

Is there a setting I have overlooked in cp to turn on or off hover / dropdown boxes for the nav bar on forum home page,? was working before upgrade to RC1.

Yes, there is an option.

Under Style & Language Settings category inside of the vBulletin Options of your Admin CP.

Mine is set to on, but the hovers and popup menus still do not work. Is there anything else I can check?
