vB navbar dropdown menu displays BEHIND <iframe>

I have an iframe (inline frame) which I need to display BELOW the vB navbar dropdown menu. I tried using the z-index but it does not seem to be working. Any ideas?

Same issue Its the way iframes are displayed there like a floating bit in your site. its pretty lame how that happens.

When you say below do you mean in a layer behind or below on the page?
