Importing IPB v1.1.2

A few questions:

When importing, I only have the option to import from IPB 1.3, will I not be able to import my old version into Vbulletin?

Second, I upgraded to 3.5.3 but the import only lists on the drop down menu to import into 3.5.2, does this have a negative effect?

The IPB 1.3 importer works with 1.1-1.3.

Ignore the 3.5.2 thing. It will work with 3.5.3.
